Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is applicable only for selected products including Mops, Games, Board Games, Mopping Supplies, Cleaning Cloths, Squeegees, Scrub & Sponge.
  2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing parts or incomplete game set
  1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
  • Cleaning items such as mops, cloths, scrubbers, and sponges must be unused and not exposed to water or chemicals.
  • Board games must be returned complete with all pieces, cards, and components.
  • Products showing signs of usage, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Minor variations in color, design, or packaging are not considered defects.
  • Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
